- These Terms and Conditions is an understanding between Four Square furniture industries and its Customers.
- DESIGN CONSULTATION CHARGES: The Customer has paid an amount of INR 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as “Design Consultation Charges”, which is a non-refundable fee. The Design Consultation Charges shall, however, be adjusted and deducted from the First Installment Payment, as defined hereunder.
- The exact price of the Customer project will depend on measurements, scope of work and change in designs / material / finishes. Based on these revisions, Customers can expect the quote value to rise or drop by approximately 5-10%. However, in case of non standard product selection / customization / additional scope of work, the prices may substantially increase from the initial quote value.
- The Price structure has 3 instalments:
2. Second Instalment – 40% of the quote value, which is payable product deliver the customer place
3.Third/Final Instalment – Remaining 10% of the quote value, which is payable after handing over the site .- The initial quote value provided by four square at the time of order booking may not include civil, plumbing, gas-piping or electrical work. The exact value of the quote will depend on the site conditions.

- The above price excluding GST amount – 18%
